Lithuanian Ambassador Visits Luanda

31 October - 2 November 2018, Ambassador Sigutė Jakštonytė visited Angola’s capital Luanda. During the visit, the ambassador met with representatives of the Ministry of External Relations of Angola, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Angolan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AIPEX) Dr. Licinio Vaz Contreiras and representatives of the Lithuanian community in Angola.

Lithuania and Angola established diplomatic relations in 2002. Lithuanian Ambassador Sigutė Jakštonytė, residing in South Africa's capital Pretoria, has been accredited to the Republic of Angola since 2016.
