Strengthening Lithuania–South Africa cooperation in sociology and research

On 28 October, Ambassador Rasa Jankauskaitė met with Lithuanian sociologist Inga Gaižauskaitė, who is currently undertaking a three-week research internship in South Africa.

During her stay, Dr Gaižauskaitė is working with sociologists at the University of Pretoria on joint projects in research methodology.

The meeting also explored opportunities for academic and expert exchanges, as well as further expanding cooperation between Lithuanian and South African experts.
