Study in Lithuania opportunities presented to students interested in medical sciences
Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) has organized short-term medical courses for 10-12th grade students from the Republic of South Africa who are interested in medical science studies in Lithuania.
On 24 August 2024 participants of these courses presented their joint projects.
Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania Rasa Jankauskaitė congratulated the participants in the project. "Would you like to study in Lithuania? We welcome you - come and see yourself how interesting it is to study in the country that was the first in Eastern Europe to establish University. Professional qualifications acquired in Lithuania are recognized in foreign countries. Foreign students from more than 129 countries choose Lithuanian universities for their studies”, said the Ambassador while presenting the opportunities for studying in Lithuania.
The online medical courses were attended by 40 students from Helpmekaar College, Rustenburg, Waterkloof and King David schools.
