Dear Visitor,
The quality of the services provided by the embassy is extremely important to me. Unfortunately, I recently learned of several instances where our visitors have encountered low standards of service. I apologize to those who have been mistreated in the consular section of the embassy. From now on, the embassy is implementing much stricter quality control measures and I hope that this will significantly improve the quality of our services.
